Ruskin’s View: A Living Voice

Book design for Ruskin’s View: A Living Voice. A project formed by Aliceson Green, Nina Wakeford and Jane Garnett in July 2021 during a stay at Brentwood, John Ruskin’s Lake District home.

The book comprises a set of six etching plates plus an etching of the combined set of six overlayed on one another titled ‘Ruskin’s View’, in conversation with a collaborative text written by Jane Garnett and Nina Wakeford titled ‘A Living Voice’. The collaborative text follows a non linear format and is left unbound, allowing the reader to follow their own path.
